About Denise

I was raised in the central valley , have been married for 45 years . We have raised 4 boys, have 4 daughters-in-law, and 11 beautiful grand kids . My husband and I were both raised in Fresno and Clovis. We moved away after college, but loved the area so much that we had to move back. We have lived in Cary (North Carolina), Decatur (Alabama), and both Southern & Northern California. Our parents grew up here as well. My father taught middle school in Fowler for more than thirty years. (Our honorable Fresno Police Chief has often credited my father with keeping him out of trouble.) My husband s family we farmers in Caruthers, where his Grandfather ran the Cotton Gin for many year (and acted as the town banker when times were tough). Four of my husband s family have been honored with their name on the Veterans Memorial as you enter the town of Caruthers. Our kids were all very active in Clovis Schools and school sports. We greatly appreciate our primary and secondary schools as well as our local colleges. My husband, and both our parents graduated from Fresno State University. Our youngest son recently won a national championship in athletic completion as a Bulldog. Another of our sons is an assistant coach for Fresno Pacific University. I love Fresno and Clovis, feel honored to have been raised here. I have had great experiences being raised here and raising my own family here as well. At this stage in my life, I believe that I am very well equipped to help others to enjoy the same kind of experiences that I enjoyed. I hope to be able use my knowledge, skills, and experiences (to the best of my abilities) to assist those to obtain a home and enjoy our wonderful community. PS - Go Dogs! Go Sunbirds! Go Giants!
